Earlier this year, the Yr 11 Geography class had a field trip to the Port Hills. The trip was aimed at looking at volcanism, marine erosion and fluvial erosion (and earthquakes) and how these processes have interacted to create the landscape we see today, and how it is still changing. They also looked at land use on the Port Hills and the impact of human activity on the land.
Kiera Heartford put together this clip (6 mins long) that shows what they did on the day.
