Radio show on Plains FM

Lesley Cowie's ESOL class has a monthly radio show on 96.9 Plains FM.
It is quite an undertaking for students whose first language is not English but they do a fantastic job of this.
The students are from many different countries including Ethiopia, Somalia, Nepal, Cambodia, Afghanistan, China and Samoa.
They are between 14 and 20 years old.
As they progress through the year they will have more and more responsibility in the show. It is 25 minutes long and it is played on the first Monday of each month (excluding school holidays).
